Refund Policy
SUBSCRIPTION , CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All IntellFreight subscription plans include a 7 days free trial.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. 7-day free trials are not included in any channel plans created during or after the initial plan creation. Similarly, a free trial cannot be paused or reinstated if any subscription plan is canceled or downgraded before the initial trial period has ended.
Furthermore, Intelli Infotech Private Limited does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. This includes both month-to-month and annual plans.
Subscription Fees, Refunds, and Charges
Subscription Fees.
Client shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes IntellFreight to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on IntellFreight’s net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse IntellFreight upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold IntellFreight harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
1) Monthly Subscription plan:- INR 2500/ User
2) Yearly Subscription Plan:- INR 27500/ Use
Apart from the above offered subscription fee there will be a One time setup fee of INR 50000/- Note: All the rates are subject to Government Taxes

Cancellation Policy.
Client acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). The client may cancel their subscription by mailing to finance@intelliinfotechinc.com and the subscription will be cancelled within 7 working days
Refunds.
All IntellFreight subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After you upgrade to a paid plan, your free trial period is over immediately, and the chosen plan is billed in advance then on a recurring monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. IntellFreight does not offer multiple free trials to the same account, nor prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period. As such, all plans will continue to be charged unless cancelation has been requested before the next payment date. It is the sole responsibility of the account administrator to keep track of a plan’s next billing date. The next payment date can be found within the billing section of the channel settings.

This includes both month-to-month and annual plans. The next payment date is listed within the billing section of each channel plan. It is the account administrator’s responsibility to keep track of each payment cycle and next billing date.
IntellFreight’s Refund Policy for Annual Plans.
IntellFreight is committed to the success of our customers, but through experience, we have found that users have varying requirements, capabilities, and limitations with regard to the types of devices and software they can use, the way their local network is configured, the speed of their internet connection, etc.
These issues will certainly impact a customer’s ability to use IntellFreight as it is intended.
Accordingly, IntellFreight offers a 7-day Free Trial and is happy to extend the trial period for users who need more time to evaluate our software and its compatibility with their specific environment. Once you upgrade your account to a paid plan, your free trial is over whether the 7 day period has been reached.
IntellFreight also offers a Month-to-Month Subscription Plan, which allows customers to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time without penalty. We recommend this option for most customers, especially those that do not have full certainty or control over their technology environment.
Finally, IntellFreight offers an Annual Subscription Plan at a significant discount. We recommend this plan for customers who are certain that IntellFreight is compatible with their environment. It is your responsibility to evaluate IntellFreight, including its features, limitations, and system requirements before selecting the Annual Plan.
If you are not certain that IntellFreight is a fit for your use case and environment, then you should not choose the Annual Plan.
IntellFreight will not issue refunds to Annual Plan customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions.
If you choose the Annual Plan, you are entering into yearly subscription contract that automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled before the next payment date. You are solely responsible for paying for the entire subscription and for canceling the account before the next schedule payment date listed within the billing section of your plan. If you decide to cancel before the term of your subscription is up, your account will not be prorated, discounted, or refunded. If you have chosen an installment plan, you must complete all three installment payments included in your annual installment billing cycle (three payments every four months). If you do cancel the account early, you have full access to its benefits until it expires.
Third-Party Charges.
Client shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, etc.). In addition to any fees charged by IntellFreight, IntellFreight reserves the right to charge the Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions, or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
